This program is only for energy bills of $20,000+ Monthly. The savings are achieved through a break-through technology that proactively operates in the background, over the Internet, of any facility’s building control system, seamlessly, to dynamically optimize the fixed parameters of this incumbent equipment at the Client’s premises.
The static pre-set manufacturer’s settings are manually entered to operate to one set of specifications established at the factory level. This leads to inefficient, non-dynamic engineering and over-use of energy by all the equipment at the facility, especially the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems. Many facilities such as high-rise buildings, and manufacturing plants have cooling towers (which are typically coned shaped concrete structures emitting what appears to be “white smoke” (which is actually heat waste). These have represented an environmental challenge in controlling energy consumption for a long period of time.
